Flexi-payment: Fixed so that correct instalment amount is taken from students account for a flexi booking

Todo> Exams: Updated so that org rep contacts can take exams in their portal
Bookings> Add booking: Completed speed optimisation updates so that schedules are loaded quickly when creating a booking
