Starter/Plus Package | Trainer's Journey on CourseCo

As a trainer, you can login in the CourseCo trainer’s portal to view your activities.

To login, simply enter your trainer credentials as provided by your Licensed CourseCo Administrator and click on Login.

The trainer portal on CourseCo is shown below:

  

The Trainer Portal allows trainers to view upcoming booked events with attendee names and mobile numbers. Trainers can access online meeting links of their assigned schedules.

The instructions on this page are for trainers with Read-Only access.

Trainer portal: Accessing My Online Meeting Link for Trainer led Schedules

  • Log in to the website as a Trainer.

  • Click your profile picture on the top right and then click My Account.

The Home Dashboard page will be displayed. The Next upcoming meeting link widget will be displayed on the trainer dashboard.

If no widget is displayed, it means that the trainer has no upcoming schedules with an online meeting link embedded.

 

 

  • Click the link in the widget.

You will be redirected to the meeting link.

Key points

  • Most upcoming online meeting link will populate

  • Once the timeslot is over, the next upcoming timeslots' meeting link will display.

  • IF no meeting link was added to the schedule, no meeting link widget will display

Trainer portal: Viewing My Timetable

To view the trainer timetable, follow the steps given below:

  • Log in to the website as a Trainer.

  • Click your profile picture on the top right and then click My Account.

The Home Dashboard will be displayed.

 

  • Navigate to Timetables > My timetables.

My Timetable page will be displayed.

 

Outcomes:

  • You can filter the timetable by Location, Course, and Schedule to view time slots of schedules.

  • You can also view the attendees of each schedule. The timetable will display information that is added to the schedule. If information is missing, check if your schedule is set up correctly.

Trainer portal: Updating attendance for my courses

This is an add on feature. Please contact your CRM lead for pricing.

To view the trainer timetable, follow the steps given below:

  • Log in to the website as a Trainer.

  • Click your profile picture on the top right and then click My Account.

The Home Dashboard will be displayed.

  • Using the left menu, select Attendance

  • On opening, it is filtered by todays date and todays attendees will display

  • The attendance status is Blank, this means attendance has not been taken by the trainer or admin.

  • to refine results - Use the filters to filter by course / date filter to change the day, week, month, year.

    • You can filter by a large date range and update attendance for a week/month in one view - just filter your date range by week/month

  • Review your results table

    • By default all delegates are selected - de-select delegates who you intend to mark as absent

    • Once happy that all present delegates are ticked

  • Scroll to the end of the screen

  • ensure status PRESENT is selected

    • scroll to the right of a delegates name to add a note to their attendance record eg John has technical difficulties during the call

  • Select Update Attendance

All selected delegates have been marked as present with a date/timestamp applied to the record.

  • Once the page has re-loaded, select the Absent student names,

  • Scroll to the bottom

  • change status to ABSENT

  • Select update attendance

  • All selected delegates have been marked as Absent with a date/timestamp applied to the record.

  • Admin and trainer can re-take attendance and override the original record.

Key Outcomes

  • Attendance has been updated and the stats table have updated to reflect the total booked, total marked as present and total absent

  • Trainer can see the attendance status of the delegates populate

  • Trainer and admin can see these attendance updates real time

  • Trainer and admin can see a date and timestamp for when the attendance was taken

  • Admin and trainer can re-take attendance and override the original record.

  • Admin can see the recorded attendance in the contacts' > attendance tab

    • This will display the status, timeslot order, date/time stamp, note included and the user who recorded the attendance

Trainer portal: Accessing ‘My content’ in the portal

This is an add on feature. Please contact your CRM lead for pricing.

Trainers can view content of a schedule if they are a trainer assigned on it. The view of course content for a trainer is just like a student’s view of it.

In the steps below, you can see how to access your course content as a trainer.

  • Log in to the portal by entering your trainer credentials

  • In the left menu, click on Courses> My courses

  • You will be redirected to ‘My courses’. You can see all the courses where you are a trainer

  • To view the content, click on Actions> Start for the course

  • You will be presented with course content slides as shown in the image below

Key points

  • Default trainers on the schedule, will see the schedules' content in their portal

  • Trainers who are on a timeslot only, will see the schedules' content in their portal

  • Access to the content is based on the configuration in the schedule

  • Access length is the same for trainer and student

  • Viewing content experience is the same for both trainer and student
