The Global Organisation Representative portal is designed for senior or central roles within an organisation, such as business owners, CEOs, or training managers.

Unlike a standard Organisation Representative—who can only view bookings they have personally made—the Global Org Rep has full visibility across all training activity within their organisation.

• All bookings made by any booker within the organisation

• All delegates attending training

• The full training schedule via timetable/calendar view

• Organisation-wide certification records

What This Portal Enables

When logged in, a Global Org Rep can:

• View all bookings across the organisation, not just their own

• Access the timetable/calendar to see upcoming and past training

• Access the Certification Portal to:

  • View all certified learners

  • See what each person is certified in

  • Track certification status and expiry

  • Download certificates when needed
