Task Management | Admin & Deal Tasks tracking

We’ve introduced a Tasks Management feature to help admins streamline their workload and stay on top of key responsibilities. This new feature falls under Admin Tasks and supports both internal operational tasks and those related to setting up deals for potential sales.

✨ Key Capabilities:

  • Create and assign tasks within the Admin Dashboard.

  • Categorise tasks as general Admin Tasks or Deal Setup Tasks.

  • Attach relevant data or links to tasks, including booking requests, customer notes, or sales leads.

  • Set due dates and priorities to stay organized and ensure timely follow-up.

  • Track task progress with status updates (e.g., To Do, In Progress, Completed).

  • Filter and search tasks by type, priority, or due date.

🧠 Ideal Use Cases:

  • Following up on new training enquiries or demos.

  • Preparing documentation or system setup for incoming sales.

  • Managing internal responsibilities such as account reviews or process updates.

This is the first step toward a more structured admin experience—making it easier to juggle multiple priorities and never drop the ball on potential deals.
