Hope all is going well for you in the Course Booking world.
We bring you our first release updates for the month of October.
Our main focus this time has been speed optimisation so you will notice faster speeds when working on the system. We also have some cool new features releasing this time to make the CourseCo experience more smooth and enjoyable for you.
Please note that new features are available to you based on your project package and customisation.

🚀 What’s New
Private Link to a schedule (available to PRIME and CUSTOM clients)
With this cool new feature of Private Link for the schedules, admins can sell their schedules to specific clients as they wish without advertising it on the website. To use this feature, read our help guide about it here https://help.courseco.co/kb/Share-Private-Schedule-Link.2508455950.html
Transfer bookings to another schedule (available to PRIME and CUSTOM clients)
With this feature, you can transfer an already created booking to another schedule. You can choose if you want to transfer one or more delegates and which schedule you want them to be transferred to. New Reports (available to ALL clients)
With new reports like All Contacts and All Bookings, you can see all your contacts and bookings on the system. You can easily filter if you are looking for some particular data. You can easily download and export it as a CSV file for analysis of contacts and bookings on your platform.

Bug Fix 1 - PDF Speed optimisation on platform

Bug Fix 3 - All Timetable - Course Filter
Bug Fix 4 - Phone number validation (We have currently disabled phone number validation on Checkout and Forms to avoid problems)
Bug Fix 5: Questionnaires updated word limit = 4000
🌟 Improvements
Here’s is a list of improvements that we have made on the system:
Checkout Improvements - Edit label on Special Requirement box on the checkout
Booking Outstanding Report - An additional column for Organisation name is added to the report to see accounts efficiently
In-company booking - You can now add delegates to an in-company booking when a schedule is completed
Timetable planner - In the Attendees tab, you can click on Delegate(S) name to be redirected to their contact details page
Timetable planner - In the timeslot pop-up, you can click the Schedule ID to be redirected to the schedule summary page
Edit Timeslots in All timetables - You can edit timeslots and Save it on the timetable planner so that the schedule info is updated
Timetable planner - You can filter all timetables to show timeslots that have NO trainers on the schedule
Booking Revenue report will now include additional columns like Coupon applied, Amount discounted, and payment details for each transaction
