When a customer’s name is added to the waitlist, they will be added as a contact to your CRM.

This will allow you to advertise pending schedules on your website with the waitlist. For example, build traction before confirming the exact location of your course. You will also be able to retarget waitlist contacts with alternative dates and locations. For more information on waitlists, refer to

Additionally, you can run reports to access waitlist contacts and send automated email alerts to the contacts on the waitlist as soon as a slot is available for your course.
