Triggering Email to All Waitlist Contacts
When a space becomes available, and an admin cancels a booking on the relevant schedule, an email is sent straight away to customers on the waitlist. Also, whenever there is a change in the maximum capacity field, an Email is triggered to all the contacts on the schedules waitlist at the same time.
To edit the available capacity on a schedule follow the steps below:
1. Log in to CourseCo as Admin.
2. Navigate to Courses>Schedules.
The Schedules page will be displayed.
3. Select your specific Schedule
4. Click the Bookings tab.
The Schedules page will be displayed.

5. Increase the Max. Capacity field and click Save.
An email will be triggered and the customers registered on the waiting list will be notified.
