Creating an text based answers questionnaire for manual correction (Not auto corrected)
Step 1: Open the Questionnaires Section
Navigate to the left menu.
Click on "Questionnaires" to access the questionnaire management section.
Step 2: Add a New Questionnaire
Click on the "Add New" button.
Organise your questionnaire by groups to help administrators keep their questions structured and easily manageable. eg Short answers and long answers
Step 3: Add Questions
Inside your newly created questionnaire, start adding questions.
Use the edit form to format text using bold, italics, or to insert images for better clarity.
The answer type for assessment-based questions will be text-based, requiring students to type their responses.
Tip - to ‘content transfer’ eg a document for the student to download and complete, embed this attachment using the ‘link’ icon and attach a document (like schedule note for your joining instructions)
This process works the same as adding online content or description to your courses so you should find it easy to navigate
Step 4: Enable Document Upload (Optional)
If students should have the option to upload a file with their response, ensure the Attach File toggle is enabled per question where applicable
If this option is disabled, students will only be able to submit text responses, no uploads

Step 5: Save the Questionnaire
Click "Save" to store your questionnaire.
Outcome
Your questionnaire is now created and can be edited if needed.
To review your questions, go to the "Edit" screen and navigate to the "Preview" tab.
This will display all questions in a list format.
