Cancelled schedules: Fixed so that conflict will not be shown when a schedule is cancelled
Apostrophe in Emails: Fixed to allow apostrophe and dots in an email address
Course list: Fixed not to show old schedule dates on the course list page

Quick SMS: To include recipients from past and completed schedules
