In this release you’ll see a few nice improvements and small updates below. Next month there will be some larger updates like VAT options on checkout and Delegate Allocation improvements.

🌟 New feature
Automated emails | Booking confirmation and reminder email to Leadbooker - new tag to populate list of delegate names in the email
Please contact us if you would like this new tag included in your lead booker automated emails. We will you your Priority support plan to complete these updates.
Schedules - Timeslot note - option to send timeslot note in an automated email eg 1 day before timeslot starts, email the trainer with the note
This is an add on feature so please contact us if you would like this update installed.
Cert Templates | new organisation name tag
If you would like this new tag applied to your certs. Please open a new support ticket. Estimated time to update per cert 30m

Checkout | Fix mandatory Special Requirements box on mobile
Contacts | adding mobile to contacts file fix
Bookings | Fix search sometimes breaking after creating a booking
🌟 Improvements
Contacts | Organisation name | removed capitalisation formatting. So admin can now add organisation eg CourseCo and it will not auto correct to Courseco
Reports | download as CSV - hold filtered column results
Now, when you run a report, filter a few columns and then download as CSV, it will hold the filtered information
Contacts | Documents | Deleted document option and Audit tracking of a documents
Admin can delete a generated document now.
Admin can view activity on a document to know when it was created or updated and by who.
Waitlist confirmation email - added startdate tag to email

Messaging | Resend option adding to the messaging - all list screen
