There are 4 locations to set/reset your password

• Signup form

• Invite email

• Forgot password

• Logged in, change password in profile

Setting your portal password | Minimum Requirements

• 8 characters

• 1 Upper case

• 1 Lower case

• 1 Number

• Special char eg *&^%$- optional but not required.

If the above mentioned is not met, the user will receive a message prompting them of the minimum requirements.
