Login & Session Idle time 'keep me logged'
Default Login Idle Time
If you are inactive for a set time (default 1 hour and can be changed in your onboarding), the system will automatically log you out.
“Inactive” means no clicks, typing, or page navigation within the system.
When this happens, you’ll see the login screen again and need to sign back in.
“Keep Me Logged In” Checkbox on the login page
This is a setting and can be enabled/disabled on your platform.
When logging in, you’ll see a “Keep me logged in” option:
If left unchecked:
You’ll be logged out after the idle time (e.g. 1 Hour).
You’ll need to enter your credentials again to log back in.
If checked:
You’ll still be logged out after being idle.
But the system will automatically log you back in when active again, using your saved session — until the login lifetime expires (e.g., after 10 days).
After the login lifetime ends, you’ll be asked to log in manually again.
