Linking Schedules with Content

With CourseCo’s ‘Content’ feature, admins can link an already existing content to their schedules. This saves them the hassle of copy and pasting material for the schedule which share the same learning content. Let us look on how we can link content to a schedule in this guide:

Adding your content

  • Log In as an admin

  • In the left menu, go to ‘Content’ Plugin

  • Click on ‘Add Content’ on the left side of the screen

  • Enter your title and content that you want to upload

Adding learning material in Content Plugin works similarly to adding content in Courses> Schedule> Content tab.

  • After adding your content, click on ‘Save’ button

Linking content to Schedule

  • Go to ‘Course’ and your ‘Schedule’

  • Select the Schedule

  • Click the ‘Content tab’ in your Schedule

  • In the Content tab, you will find a Search bar to search your previously added content

  • Click the ‘Link to existing topic’ button

  • Click on ‘Save’ button to save your schedule

Outcome: All your content will be added in Schedules> Content from the Content plugin

Note: You can edit access of content to students in Schedules/Content tab
