In this user guides, you will find steps to configure automation emails for flexi payment checkout booking.
Please note that the automations will be configured by our team as these are very sensitive to set up.

Student completing a flexi checkout
This automation works when a student has completed a Checkout Flexi booking.
Trigger event - a website booking occurs
Action - Send an email
Condition - Payment option is Payment plan
Frequency - Send immediately
Confirmation email content can be configured according to your email content templates
Payment reminder email for a flexi upcoming instalment
This automation works when a reminder email should be sent to a student so that they are reminded about their upcoming flexi instalment.
Trigger event - A transaction is due
Action - Send an email
Condition - Due date is more than or equal to 1 day
Frequency - Run everyday at 9:00 am
Reminder email content can be configured according to your email content templates
Payment run
This automation triggers a payment run for a flexi booking so that the instalment amount is taken out of the student’s account on payment due date.
Trigger event - A transaction is due
Action - Automatic Payment Process
Condition - Payment option is Payment plan
Condition - Due date is more than or equal to 1 day
Frequency - Run everyday at 9:00 am
Automatic payment succeeded email
This automation triggers a payment successful email to the student so that they are informed that their flexi instalment is paid
Trigger event - An automatic payment succeeded
Action - Send an email
Condition - None
Frequency - Immediately

Automatic payment failed email
This automation triggers a payment unsuccessful email to the student so that they are informed that their flexi instalment has failed
