Attendance: Generating certificate [Attendance percentage]
In this user guides, you will find steps to configure automation emails to generate certificate of attendance based on attendance percentage.
Please note that the automations will be configured by our team as these are very sensitive to set up.

Student has >60% attendance
This automation works when a student has more than 60% attendance for a course. For eg, if a course has x10 timeslots and the student is ‘Present’ in more than or equal to x6 timeslots.
Trigger event - a course ends/ a course completed
Action - Send an email
Condition 1 - Attendance percentage >= 60%
Condition 2 - End date / completed date
Frequency - Run everyday at 9 am

Student has >80% attendance
This automation works when a student has more than 80% attendance for a course. For eg, if a course has x10 timeslots and the student is ‘Present’ in more than or equal to x8 timeslots.
Trigger event - a course ends/ a course completed
Action - Send an email
Condition 1 - Attendance percentage >= 80%
Condition 2 - End date / completed date
Frequency - Run everyday at 9 am

Student has =100% attendance
This automation works when a student has 100% attendance for a course. For eg, if a course has x10 timeslots and the student is ‘Present’ in x10 timeslots.
Trigger event - a course ends/ a course completed
Action - Send an email

Condition 2 - End date / completed date
Frequency - Run everyday at 9 am
